IPTVON Terms of Service

Welcome to IPTVON. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTVON website (iptvon.app), applications, player configurations, and subscription connectivity services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview & Permitted Use
IPTVON provides media software connectivity, player solutions, and streaming credentials for compatible devices. Our services are intended strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. Re-broadcasting, commercial distribution, public exhibition, or reselling IPTVON credentials without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
2. User Responsibility & Content Compliance
Subscribers are exclusively responsible for ensuring that their access and use of any stream, channel, or video content complies with all applicable local, regional, national, and international laws, copyright regulations, and the intellectual property rights of content owners.
IPTVON does not host proprietary video files or broadcast copyrighted television channels directly on its public web servers. Users configure third-party media players using standard playlist links or API endpoints at their own discretion.
3. Account Security & Concurrency Limits
When you receive your Xtream Codes API credentials or M3U playlist link:
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You may not publicly post, share, or redistribute your credentials.
- Simultaneous connections from multiple distinct IP addresses exceeding your subscribed connection allowance will result in automatic server connection timeouts.
4. Service Availability & Maintenance
While IPTVON strives for continuous uptime and resilient performance, we do not make absolute, uninterrupted availability guarantees. Internet backbone maintenance, ISP peering congestion, third-party server updates, and local device issues may occasionally impact stream playback.
5. Subscription Billing & Expiration
Subscribers purchase fixed-term access (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Accounts are activated upon payment clearance. Once the subscribed duration expires, streaming connectivity terminates automatically unless the user manually renews.
6. Termination Policy
IPTVON reserves the right to suspend or terminate account credentials immediately, without prior notice or refund, if a subscriber engages in malicious server scraping, denial-of-service attempts, credential re-streaming, or abusive behavior toward support representatives.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTVON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your inability to access or use the streaming platform.
